This all-inclusive package offers everything you will need to transform your private space into your own private theater. Perfect for special movie nights to share with friends and family. We also love to host birthday parties, big-screen video game tournaments, or whatever else you think up!

We are also available to help produce outdoor public events and movie screenings. Examples include school fundraisers, community nights, or block parties.
In addition to the equipment and services listed above, this package offers:
Film selection
Help to obtain a public screening license and New Jersey or NYC Parks special event permit if needed
Event planning assistance, including the creation of a promotional website, collecting RSVPs, and managing ticket sales

Payments can be made via Venmo, cash, or check.
Clients will be charged a 50% deposit upon confirmation of your event booking.
There is a 10% fee for cancelations more than 24 hours before the scheduled screening. If canceling less than 24 before, for any reason other than inclement weather, you will lose your deposit. Rescheduled events are not subject to cancellation fees.
Equipment delivery, setup, and breakdown are included in our movie night packages. For rentals, all equipment can be picked up at our location in Verona, NJ or delivered for an additional charge.
What time does the movie start?
A member of our team will arrive one hour before the movie begins to set up the equipment and get things going. We recommend starting the movie right at sunset.
How long do screenings last?
The standard package accounts for up to three hours of runtime per screening. Extra time, for instance, if you are doing a double feature, will carry an additional charge.
What if there is bad weather?
Rain happens! We will work with clients to change dates due to rain, wind, or other inclement weather that could spoil your event or damage our equipment. We request that you contact us directly at least 3 hours before your scheduled event or rental pick-up to work out a new date.
What are COVID safety protocols?
We specialize in outdoor events and can help configure your screening and space to ensure social distancing. All event bookings are limited to 25 guests or less. Our staff have all been fully vaccinated.
Do you offer special rates for schools or educators?
Glowworm is happy to negotiate discounts with schools, non-profits, and organizations providing public events for the community. Contact us directly to work out the details.
An important side note: For public events, it is likely necessary that you will need to obtain a screening license. We are happy to help with this process and can also assist you with event planning (film selection, ticket sales, marketing, etc.) if needed.
